This is great news for us who have struggled with residential short sales. Commercial short sale seems to be the new wave on which we ride to financial freedom.
    Let’s go Jason.

    Jason,

I am not at all surprised to learn that Commercial Real Estate is in deep trouble. I currently rent a 2,500 square foot warehouse with offices for $1,000.00 a month. However, I would rather OWN this space (or one similar to it) if I could buy it “Right”.

It sounds like you have the knowledge and tools I need to make that happen. I am excited about learning more.

    Hello Jason.

I have been following you for quite a while, (even ordered your blueprint), and have compared what you have to offer to what Terry Hale and others are doing out there. I think what you are doing is much better, more thorough and a lot clearer, thus far.

I like what you are doing now too. The video is great, (looking forward to the next ones), and I know what you are saying is totally true as I have been involved in real estate investing for a long while, watching the trends, etc. even though I have just really started acting on the available information this year.

I have my own residential shortsale business, (new this year), and I do shortsales for homeowners and real estate agents, at no cost to them.

You are correct in saying it is a lot more work, it’s more time consuming, also, and not as easy as commercial, nor as lucrative (It takes months to close and get paid), even though it can be very rewarding emotionally, (helping out the homeowners and feeling as though you are helping America get back on its feet, economically).

And even though I will still continue to do the residential shortsales, mainly for that reason, (I mean someone’s gotta do those, right? And it may as well be someone who really cares about the people much in the same way you care about us.), I would very much like to add commercial shorts to my investing portfolio.

Also, after following you for quite some time, (I guess you know by now I am a very cautious individual. lol) as I have mentioned before, I think my best and most responsible bet is going with you and your company.

I don’t know what you are going to eventually charge for what you are offering yet, but if I can afford it, Jason, I’m in.

    Crystal Olds,
    Danner Consulting
