    Tremendous value in this Q&A. Having been involved in a few residential short sale transactions I know firsthand how advisary the lenders can be. The expectation of dealing with the commercial lenders in a “team” effort is monumental!

    Actually, I had planned to train and get involved with commerical RE in the future, however; after listening to tonight’s call, I am considering starting sooner rather than later.

    You mentioned several keys points that makes the concept of commerical short sales more appealing than residentials, which gives someone like myself
